Institution spotlight: University of Brighton

Posted on 23 Feb 2014

The University of Brighton have got a whole host of events and activities planned for this week. Have a sneaky look below and see what they’re up to…

Good Deed Day

Student volunteers will be handing out mini plant packs (with volunteering promotional material) as a Random Act of Kindness in all of our campus libraries (five libraries across Sussex) to all our hardworking students.

For Student Volunteering Week, we are running a series of taster sessions…

Helping the Brownies celebrate their centenary year in Hastings

A taster session at the Moulsecoomb Forest Garden and Wildlife Project – a local conservation project that’s just received £5,000 funding (nominated by us) from Santander University Partnership to finish their new eco-learning shed.

A gardening day at a local primary school in Eastbourne with the pupils and staff.

An activities taster session at a local sheltered accommodation.
